Mommy Time | 10 Ways To Make Time For Yourself

Mama, it is so important that you make time for YOURSELF. I know how much of a good idea this is and I also know the feeling you get when you leave your baby for a few hours. However, you work so hard! You work so hard to provide your child/ren and to continue to be able to do so, you need to take care of YOU too.

Someone used the illustration of us single mamas being tall glasses of water and every time you do something for someone other than yourself you pour a little water out each time. Well! Can you imagine pouring all of your water out?! You will feel empty! You will feel drained and burned out! Maybe you’re already feeling that way.   3. Time with your girl friends.
  4. A healthy meal.
  5. Sleep.
  6. Mani/Pedi.

  8. A long drive.

  10. Time alone.

You can’t help those around you if you are feeling yucky. So, take care of that. Today. If not today, this weekend. If not this weekend, soon! Make time for you! You deserve it!
