Challenge | 30 Days

New Challenge Alert!

Have you been following CSM on Instagram? If so, then you know that I am kind of fickle when it comes to completing challenges. However, I am driven so I do not stop trying to complete new challenges. This one is a 30 day, get fit challenge.

Here are the rules for 30 days:

  1. NO SODA!
  2. Drink as close to a gallon of water a day.
  3. Workout at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
  4. Do 25 squats every time you go to the bathroom.
  5. 30-second planks in the morning before you get ready and 1-minute planks at night before you go to bed.

I am starting this challenge on Monday, June 4 and will check back in with you as soon as I complete it. As always, you are more than welcomed to join me! If you do, please let me know how it goes for you.

The next time I post about this challenge I will share with you my starting picture with weight and measurements. I will be doing so to see if attempting to complete this challenge will really help me. My thoughts are positive about this one because I drink a lot of soda and cutting that out for a month is going to help me tremendously.

I am also going to couple healthy eating with this challenge and add a rule # 6. No eating out. Only home cooked meals.
