At the end of the month, look back and see how God has blessed you. Look back and see how many prayers he has answered and which ones he’s working on today. Consider your journal your very best friend. Tell it all of your secrets, your worries, and your victories. Trust your journal and know that it won’t tell on you unless you ask it to. Keep it on your nightstand or in a safe place where only you know where it is located. Know that you aren’t confined to just writing in it, but that you can also draw your thoughts and ideas.
